I haven’t had many solo adventures in my life, but I love that feeling of accomplishment when the trip has gone well and you have some great new stories to tell!

Of course, if I planned a big solo adventure nowadays, I wouldn’t really feel alone, not with my iPhone, laptop and whatever else…

I wish your road trip had some pictures! Maybe next time?

I’ve been to Cooperstown once as a kid. I discovered later that we missed an entire section of the Hall, where many of the modern exhibits were. I think it was shortly after the year where Mike Schmidt had 4 HR in a game against the Cubs, and there was an exhibit there for that. The other thing I remember from that trip is that my parents wanted to check out another museum there (Farmer’s Museum), that had me bored out of my skull.

Sounds like an exciting and productive trip you had! Good for you, Kosmo. Shameful to say I didn’t really have a solo adventure — where I travel all by myself not knowing what to expect the next day. lol.. I prefer to have someone I can share the journey with, whether friends or family..
